Prayer for Anxiety

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with confidence, knowing that You are a God of power, purpose, and peace. Today, I boldly declare that stress and anxiety have no authority over my life. I refuse to be weighed down by the pressures of this world, for I am anchored in Your promises and strengthened by Your Spirit.

Lord, You have not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. I stand on this truth and release every worry, every doubt, and every burden at Your feet. I know that You are bigger than my circumstances, and I will not shrink back in fear.

Help me, God, to trust in You with unwavering faith, to walk in the peace that surpasses all understanding, and to rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for my good.

I will not be moved by the storms around me, for I am grounded in Your strength. I declare that I will walk boldly in my purpose, free from the chains of stress and anxiety. I will not just survive—I will thrive, with my eyes fixed on You and my heart filled with Your peace.
