Central Outreach
At Central Outreach Erie, Dalen is the Clinical Care Director.
Central Outreach: “Our mission is to promote wellness in our community by fostering our patient's whole self. Our focus is on culturally competent care by striving to understand what our client's needs are and how we can treat them holistically.We strive to understand and support our wide range of clients' cultural and personal beliefs. We foster the LGBTQIA and HIV+ patient by understanding the unique needs of those clients. We support harm reduction as well as recovery and no one is judged or shunned by their personal behaviors; because we know trust is a process that takes time and effort to nurture.”
Dalen is a Board Member of Pittsburgh Pride Group, where they help plan and carry out events for the queer community.

Erie’s Black Wall Street
Dalen serves as a Board Member of Erie’s Black Wall Street, where they help members of the black community strive toward and remain successful.
Erie’s Black Wall Street’s Mission: “To serve as a vehicle for change and empowerment of Erie’s Black Community through cultivating meaningful relationships, education of members, the creation of social networks and the promotion of black entrepreneurship.”
Compton’s Table
Dalen serves as a Board Member at Compton’s Table, where they help plan and carry out events for queer youth.
Compton’s Table’s Mission: “Compton’s Table works to create a thriving queer community in Northwestern Pennsylvania through connecting peers and empowering queer youth and young adults to be agents of sustainable change.”
Erie Pride 365
Dalen is the Founder and CEO of Erie Pride 365.
Erie Pride 365: “Erie Pride 365 is committed to championing the rights and well-being of Black, Brown, & LGBTQIA+ individuals, 365 days a year. We strive to mobilize resources and create welcoming spaces, and educational opportunities that inspire a broader societal understanding and appreciation of diverse identities.”
