Dalen Michael (they/he/zir) is a passionate advocate and dedicated community leader based in Erie, PA. As the Clinical Care Director of Central Outreach Erie, Dalen has spent the past eight years enhancing the health and well-being of marginalized communities. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and more than 12 years in nonprofit work, Dalen brings a wealth of expertise to their advocacy efforts. They are a co-founder of Pittsburgh Pride Group and a founding board member of True T Pittsburgh. In the Ballroom scene, Dalen holds the esteemed titles of Legend and Overseer within the Iconic House of Ebony. Recognized for their tireless work, Dalen was honored with the Her Power award for their humanitarian contributions. Driven by a deep passion for community empowerment, they work tirelessly to create a safer and more inclusive environment for all.
